Three similar Round Table Discussions have already been held with local authorities (municipalities).

    β€’ Technical and geographical difficulties in small, mountainous, and island municipalities

  • Financial needs of companies for energy renovation projects:
    β€’ Which financial schemes and tools would facilitate project uptake and accelerate renovations in municipal buildings?

  • Differences in project implementation between small island/mountain municipalities and larger urban municipalities:
    β€’ Does bundling projects into larger groups make them more attractive?

  • Guarantees or safeguards that would make these projects more appealing to ESCOs and contractors:
    β€’ Possible changes in calls or contracting procedures to improve the participation of ESCOs and contracting companies.

  • How can the One-Stop-Shop reduce uncertainties for companies, beyond ensuring technical quality?
    β€’ Are there specific services or types of support that would be most useful to companies?

  • What would companies expect from the State or financial institutions to stimulate greater market activity in energy renovations?
